To use machine/deep learning to solve PDEs, we have to tailor the models or optimization loops. One method of doing this, is to define Physics-Informed loss functions, directly calculating the derivatives in a PDE to tune the neural network.
CellSys, is an open-source software, to ease the molecular modeling of cell-membranes, targeting the drug delivery research. A paper introducing this software, was published in the Journal of Computational Chemistry. Developing CellSys was a major part of my M.Sc thesis.
